Holley Potts
Director and Culture Coach
Holley Potts is the Director of the Irresistible Workplace Initiative at Dow Smith Contracting Company, where she leads culture strategy, executive coaching, and all aspects of People Development. With a heart for helping people thrive at work, Holley is a passionate advocate for building strong teams and creating workplace cultures where people feel valued, connected, and inspired to grow.
Holley’s mission is to help individuals uncover their strengths and take ownership of their personal and professional development. She believes that an irresistible workplace starts with people who are empowered to contribute meaningfully and leaders who are committed to cultivating trust, clarity, and collaboration.
Before joining Dow Smith in 2021, Holley served as an ordained deacon in the United Methodist Church, where she guided individuals and teams in understanding themselves and working better together. Her ministry background laid the foundation for her coaching philosophy—centered on purpose, communication, and human connection.
She holds a Master of Divinity from the University of the South’s School of Theology and a Bachelor’s in Education from Martin Methodist College. She is certified in NLP Coaching, HeartMath®, and Conflict Resolution.
Outside of work, Holley enjoys the outdoors with her husband Michael, cheering on her daughter’s sports teams, cozying up with her cat, and seeking out excellence and beauty in everyday life.
