Carolee Onstead
Executive Assistant & People Development Coordinator

Carolee Onstead has been a part of the Dow Smith Company family since 2023. As our Executive Assistant & People Development Coordinator, she works closely with Visionary Dow Smith, COO Trey King, and Holley Potts, director of IWI. She assists with calendars, emails, planning meetings, travel arrangements, and whatever else is needed to keep things organized and moving forward.

When she’s not at work, Carolee enjoys spending time with her husband of almost 30 years, their daughter, and their pets, including indoor and outdoor cats, chickens, goldfish, and a bunny. She enjoys music, crafting, party planning, traveling, and reading.
